Credit Cards/PayPal

Your credit card is authorized for all in-stock items. An authorization is a temporary hold on funds. The charge is finalized when the items ship. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are charged at the time of sale. Foreign credit cards are charged in full at the time of purchase. You can cancel an order at any time before shipment, at no cost to you, by calling (866) 440-2288. If your package has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return it.

We accept PayPal via our website only. Payments are charged immediately and can not be combined with other payment methods. 

We do not accept eChecks (bank account payments) via PayPal unless you have a valid credit card attached to your account (for backup purposes). PayPal may, therefore, ask you to add a valid credit card to your account for you to complete your order with us. 

Customers using Paypal will experience a 24-hour delay in processing their order (including in-store pickups). 123 Security only ships to PayPal Verified addresses. Funds are withdrawn from the purchaser's account as soon as the order is complete. Completed orders cannot be canceled and are shipped in their entirety. 

Check & Money Order

We accept bank cashier's checks, certified checks, personal checks, and postal money orders (all checks by mail only).

All checks are subject to verification, which may cause delays in processing. Checks without pre-printed name and address information may delay the processing of your order for up to three weeks.

You may place an order by phone and pay via wire transfer. Our bank information is as follows:

Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. The 123 Security order number must be noted on the wire transfer to ensure the proper application of the funds to your transaction. 

Credit Terms/PO

Non-trade organizations - Gov, EDU, & Corp. 

Purchase orders accepted. Simply add your P.O. # at checkout. We recommend faxing a hard copy to (646) 293-6556. If your order requires verification, we will advise you by email or phone. 

Trade professionals - Commercial Resellers 

  1. Fill out our Commercial Credit Application.
  2. Fax a completed resale certificate for your state(s) to (646) 293-6556.
  3. We'll contact you within 24-48 hours once we've had a chance to review your application. With rare exception, all bonafide, verifiable resellers are approved.

123 Security reserves the right to require payment in advance. If the full payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice due date, a monthly late fee of 1.5% will be assessed on the invoice due. Purchaser shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred by 123 Security in collecting such amounts.
